Terms of use.

These terms cover the Karuna Copilot web application. By signing in or subscribing to the updates list you agree to them.

Who can use this

• The copilot app (modules, ask, practice, certify, do): restricted to Karuna Labs employees and contracted Independent Sales Reps (1099) with active credentials.
• The updates list at /updates is open to anyone over 18.

What the copilot is

Karuna Copilot is a sales-training and field-execution tool for Karuna's distributor program. It generates drafts of emails, call scripts, and CRM tasks. The agent never sends emails or updates CRM records on your behalf. You review every draft and click through any commit action.

What you agree to

• You will not paste PHI (protected health information) into the copilot. Our guardrails detect and block obvious cases, but the obligation is yours.
• You will not use the copilot to make claims beyond what's in Karuna's approved knowledge base. The strict-RAG layer enforces this for outputs; you should follow the same rule in your own conversations.
• You will not attempt to jailbreak, exfiltrate prompts, or otherwise abuse the model. Such attempts are logged.
• You will not share your account. Sessions are tied to your Karuna email.

What we promise

• Reasonable uptime — typically 99.5%+, but not guaranteed.
• That generated drafts cite their source from Karuna's approved KB and that low-confidence answers escalate to your Sales Lead rather than guess.
• That OAuth tokens you provide (HubSpot, Gmail) are encrypted at rest and used only for the actions you trigger.

What we don't promise

• Generated copy is a draft. The accuracy and appropriateness of any sent email or logged CRM task is your responsibility as the rep.
• We do not promise specific outcomes — sales results depend on your work in the field.

Termination

Karuna may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms or for any reason consistent with your sales-rep agreement. You may stop using the copilot at any time; for the updates list, the unsubscribe link in any email footer is the fastest path.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Karuna Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the copilot. Your sole remedy for any claim related to the copilot is to stop using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we'll email everyone on the active rep + updates list and update the effective date above.
